I'd like to be able to say, honestly:

"I take at least two yoga classes every week. I also strength train at least twice a week, and take a dance class once a week. Of course, I do an hour of aerobics - running, biking, the elliptical machine, mostly - Monday through Friday, before work. It's the only way I could [insert impressive athletic ability here] without breaking a sweat."

Alas, it is not so.
